Travel Insurance

Travel Insurance is compulsary for this retreat.

It needs to be taken out within 14 days of booking flights.

Basic insurance will cover you for emergency assistance, overseas medical, covid related medical, evacuation, cancellation of flights, some additional expenses such as lost luggage.

With some Insurance companies you can add CANCELLATIONS  FOR ANY REASON

Or in case of last minute cancellation by you to cover for the Retreat Fee.

All these add ons will cost extra, so just optional and up to you?

Cancellation Policy

Bali Art Retreat

If you cancel your place in the Retreat  before the 1st January 2024 you will receive a Full Refund less your $500 non refundable deposit (this covers expenses already incurred )

After January 1st 2024, there are no refunds for this Retreat unless we are able to fill your spot. If we are able to fill your spot a $250 cancellation fee will apply, and the rest of your Retreat investment will be refunded. If we are not able to fill your spot, there will be no refund issued.

As you can imagine Retreat expenses are paid out well ahead of the actual retreat. So if you choose to cancel that is at your expense.

PLEASE NOTE We will not be responsible for any changes made to your airfare. For your peace of mind, we recommend purchasing “cancel for any reason” trip insurance in case cancellations or changes arise. See Above
