ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

The Workshop will commence with a circle and a chat. Connecting with the the group is so important for this style of workshop. The healing power and
sharing and support is so powerful with a group of women. Sisters!

We will go on a short meditation and connect to our inner creative selves.

The theme for this workshop is “springtime”. So whatever that may mean to you?

We will be painting on a small canvas. 60 cm x 60 cm or similar. It can be any shape you are drawn to though.

We will paint pretty abstract backgrounds and then play with stencils. Whatever you feel called to create. It could be a Flower Garden,Lotus pond or it might be something more spiritual like the Flower Of Life symbol?

MATERIALS

You can supply your own paints… you will need fluid translucent paints for this workshop
A canvas. 60 cm x 60 cm or similar. I will send out a Materials List once you register.
